To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Information shared with third parties

To allow us  to process your order we contract with other companies (credit card processors, shippers, website hosting companies) to provide certain services to fulfill orders, ship your product and host our website. In some instances, these contractors may have access to personal information but they are obligated by law to maintain confidentiality of such information and to use it only for purposes of providing the services we have requested.

It is our strict policy NOT to share your personal information with any third party (except as described above) for any reason. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law.


If you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days of the date of delivery, you can return your unopened product for a full refund or for online store credit to use for another purchase.


We roast to order each batch, so please allow 6-8 days for normal delivery.  Shipping and handling charges for the delivery service you choice, will be added to your purchase cost and will be calculated based on the total weight of your order.  In the US, orders over $50 shipping is free.
