Espresso Ground

This is a special blend of a Brazilian "Nossa Senhora da Medalha" and a Honduras "Santa Lucia" Family beans.  Production is 100% arabica trees containing Catuaí, Mundo Novo, Acaiá and Icatu varietals. At an altitude that varies from 1200-1280m, the coffee is manually harvested has unique characteristics due to the combination of climate, soil and altitude in the Mantiqueira de Minas region. The Santa Lucia beans are perfectly harvested in Montaña de La Choca, a national mountain reserve, Finca Santa Lucia is surrounded by a cloud forest full of exotic wildlife. Grown at an elevation from 1200 to 1650m, this the high altitude, richness of the clay, soil, and warmth of the sun ensure that the integrity and quality of the beans are preserved from beginning to end.
